Our staff is dedicated to matching the needs of your family with the experience of our registered caregivers. We personally interview and carefully screen the caregivers to ensure their abilities and personal qualities match our exceptional standards. We provide them with manuals developed exclusively for In a Pinch, defining our expectations and procedures. What’s more, we refer only caregivers that we would use in our own homes. Plus they have all been prescreened, photographed and finger printed.

when selecting caregivers for In A Pinch. Background checks, reference checks and a personal interview in each caregivers home are pre-requisites. Each caregiver must have extensive childcare experience and the personal qualities to meet our exceptional standards. Their in-home performance is regularly monitored and evaluated. All of our caregivers are 18 years or older, provide their own transportation, and are legally authorized to work in the United States. We strive to do everything we can to put you at ease and make your family’s experience with our service worry free.
Though we are not a permanent placement service we do strive for continuity. Our clients are always encouraged to request a favored caregiver. To help ensure these requests for continuity are met, we have developed a specialized – and industry recognized – computer software program which tracks our clients’ experiences and preferences and schedules their needs and our caregivers’ availability. This assures that you and your family are always matched with the caregivers best suited to the needs of your household.
