Office hours: Monday-Friday (9 am to 3 pm)
- On-Call coordinator available 24/7 (75% fill rate for last minute jobs)
- Specific caregivers can be requested, but are not guaranteed (they may popular with other families too)!
- Once a specific caregiver is found through the service, you must go through In a Pinch whenever requesting that person.
- In a Pinch is licensed and insured.
- Registered caregivers are not employees of In a Pinch.
