On-Call Services
Great care is taken when selecting caregivers for In a Pinch. Background checks, reference checks, and a personal interview in each caregiver's home are pre-requisites. Each caregiver must have extensive childcare experience and the personal qualities to meet our exceptional standards. Their photographs and fingerprints are on file. All our caregivers are 18 years of age or older, provide their own transportation, and are legally authorized to work in the United States. We strive to put you at ease and make your family's experience with our service worry-free.

In a Pinch operating information:
- Office hours: Monday-Friday (9 am to 3 pm)
- On-Call coordinator available 24/7 (75% fill rate for last minute jobs)
- Specific caregivers can be requested, but not guaranteed.
- Once a specific caregiver is found through the service, you must go through In a Pinch whenever requesting that person.
- In a Pinch is licensed and insured.
- Registered caregivers are not employees of In a Pinch.
